I had been busy painting and moving furniture around and carrying boxes -- doing WAY TOO MUCH WORK -- and not going to my yoga class. What happened? My back, my knee, and my hands were in pain. So, I get my butt back into class and stop feeling sorry for myself. Watching all those people do the Olympic Challenge -- doing doubles and triples to meet their goals and with happy smiling faces, too! My back has been rejuvenated! So thankful for Bonita Hot Yoga, the wonderful teachers, and my friends who inspired me with their 'olympic challenge' dedication! -- Susan
